Background

SportsWizz Leauge owns and manages digital brands that broadly deal with the world of sporting news and live updates, fantasy leagues and predictions and quizzing and trivia. The company believes in being driven by the latest technology and producing engaging content across digital platforms to engage with sports fans around the world.

Challenge

The client needed an identity rebrand for its family of five sub-brands. The new identity needed to be formulated in a manner that could accommodate existing sub-brands and at the same time, extend as necessary when new brands were added to the mix. The new look needed to unify the family of brands in terms of design aesthetic There was also a need for brand collateral.

Action

The design solution involved the creation of a sleek and modern wordmark that is extendable across the company’s sub-brands, now and in the future. Created using a dual colour design system that helps identify each sub-brand in distinct fashion, the typeface used is minimalist, modern and forward-leaning. We also worked to create a set of tri-fold leaflets to support sales and marketing.

Result

The client rolled out the new brand identity across all online and offline collateral including their websites, landing pages and social media assets. The new identity has been well received by management and breathed noveaux dynamism in the minds of their fans.
