Background

Ventura Pranas is a professional accounting, tax, and bookkeeping services provider headquartered in Los Angeles, with offices in locations across the USA and India. The organization provides complete financial solutions with a special focus on businesses operating across US and Indian markets, providing customers highly skilled expertise and exceptional customer service, at competitive price points.

Challenge

Increasingly ambitious with a focus to grow its practice aggressively, Ventura Pranas was of the opinion that the existing state of its brand need an overhaul to project itself in better light as an international player of repute. The core focus of the rebrand centred on a redesign of the brand’s identity, positioning via tagline, and corporate stationary systems.

Action

We started by understanding the category through a brand audit of international and Indian taxation and bookkeeping firms, observing brand conventions within the industry. This lead to the creation of brandmark comprised of a wordmark and symbol – with vertically opposite tick marks – symbolizing trust as well as representative of the letters ‘V’ and ‘P’. The brand’s core proposition was summed up with the tagline “Accountants Without Borders”. We finalized project delivery with the design of visiting cards, letterheads and envelope designs. All key work deliverables were captured in a set of brand guidelines.

Result

Our work helped to elevate the brand identity of Ventura Pranas by creating a simple yet powerful mark. It inspired confidence in the management team with respect to the firm’s ability to project an international image and be well received by audiences across markets.
