Background
With heavy investment in travel infrastructure in India,
the entry of private players has widened the scope for
new ideas and brands. Transforming the way travellers
experience voyaging in India, Travel Food Services [TFS]
is an organization with expertise in setting up food
courts and food and beverage outlets in travel venues
such as airports, train stations, highways and more.
Today TFS provides travel hospitality solutions across
India and the Middle East.Challenge
TFS needed a brand platform to position itself vis-a-vis
international heavyweights who have dominated the
category for more than a century. Based on the strategy,
the identity was to be brought to life and through integrated
collateral and communications.Action
We engaged in a study to understand the unique market
positions occupied globally by established category
players and arrived at the brand idea of ‘Transforming
Travel’ to serve as a distinct and differentiated brand
positioning. We designed and created the brand’s identity,
stationary, brochures, media kit and website, showcasing
the brand to the world as an expert in travel food
and beverage.Result
With a brand that is fast increasing in equity, today TFS
is already the largest player in the Indian market and
quickly making forays into global destinations. It caters
to the world-famous Delhi's state-of-the-art Terminal 3
(T3) and Mumbai's domestic & international airports. TFS
has also expanded its operations with a presence in the
Muscat and Salalah airports in the Sultanate of Oman.
